Types of Venom Partnerships

Authorised Reseller: An authorised reseller is a person or company that adds features or services to an existing product, then resells it (usually to end-users) as an integrated product or complete “turn-key” solution.

 Authorised Integrator: An authorised integrator is a person or company that specializes in bringing together component subsystems into a whole and ensuring that those subsystems function together.

 Corporate Customer: A corporate customer is a customer who is buying any product or service on behalf of the company.

 Authorised Retailer: An authorised retailer is able to sell directly either online or instore directly to the consumer.

 Authorised Distributor: An authorised distributor is an intermediary entity between a the producer of a product and another entity in the distribution channel or supply chain, such as a retailer, a reseller a system integrator.

OEM Partner: Partnership with Venom as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to another company. Venom products are used as components in the products of another company.

Technology Partner: Partnership with a manufacturer or producer to market and sell the manufacturer’s products, services, or technologies. This is usually done through a co-branding relationship.
